SECURITY DECAL MATERIALS
Outside Window Decals
 Outside window decals are designed to be applied to the outside of a window. We use a high grade 4 mil. white vinyl coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive. 

Standard Inside Window Decals

 Inside window decals are designed to be applied to the interior side of the window and are visable from the outside. We start with a 2 Mil. clear mylar, coated with a permnent acrylic adhesive. We print a mirrior image of the design ont the clear, then a solid layer of ink is printed in white or a color to provide a background. 

Inside Window Decal with Laminated Background

This product is much better than the ink background decal described above. The application is the same - it applies to the inside and reads to the outside. The difference is we laminate a white vinyl to the decal that provides the background. This seals the decal and protects it from scratching or harsh window cleaners, and it is more opaque than ink background. Other background colors can be applied.

2-Way Window Decals Two-way decals are the most convenient decals, and they will maximise your visability. We start with the same method and material as an inside decal. We then laminate the decal with an opaque white polyester barrier. Then it is printed on the face right-reading. Two ways are designed to be applied to the inside of the window. For outside application decal must be laminated. Other materials can be used for the barrier lamination, like chrome silver, brushed silver and white reflective. We recomend all two-ways to be laminated with either clear mylar or Tuf-Cote. These do cost more than the single side decals, as there is more printin invloved. 

Reflective Decals Reflective decals are designed to be applied to the outside of a window. We make them the same way as an outside decal, except we use our engineering grade retro-reflective material. Several colors are available, however white is our most popular. Transparent ore opaque inks can be used. Reflective decals can be made as a two-way decal (only the outside surface is actually reflective.)
